Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless we advise otherwise. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before you complete your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery is typically made within 1 working day. Please note that approval times may vary depending on the volume of consultations and the completeness of information provided.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to protect your privacy.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and a medicine prepared or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will process it within 14 days using your original payment method.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for clinical reasons, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or product fee paid.
